I installed SimLock on the wrong simulator, what do I do

If SimLock ended up on the wrong simulator, you'll need to remove it completely from that machine and install it on the right one. Uninstalling the app on its own isn't enough, because the local configuration file keeps it tied to that simulator.

  1. On the wrong machine, open the folder %APPDATA%\AlbaTech:
    1. Press Win + R
    2. Type appdata and press Enter
    3. Open the folder named AlbaTech
  2. Delete all files inside this folder.
  3. Go to Control Panel, then Apps, and uninstall SimLock.
  4. Install SimLock on the correct simulator by following the installation guide.
