How discount codes work in Alba

Discount codes let you offer customers a reduced price when they enter a code at checkout. You create and manage them under Products, then Discount codes in the admin panel.

How it works

A customer enters the code at checkout, and the discount applies to their booking total based on the rules you've set. You can see how many times each code has been used, and by which customers.

Setting the discount

You can set different discount percentages for different days and times. That lets you offer a bigger discount during off-peak hours and a smaller one at peak times.

Limits you can set

To keep a code under control, you can cap the total number of bookings, bookings per customer, hours per booking, and total hours across all bookings.

Validity period

Each code has a validity period. It only works for bookings within that window, and stops working once it expires.
