How to give a customer a value card

You can give value cards to customers one by one, or in bulk through the customer import.

Assign one card

Under Products, then Value cards, use Assign value card to customer. Choose the value, expiration date, and the customer.

The customer needs an Alba account first. If they've booked at your venue before, search by name. If they only just created an account, search by their exact email address.

Assign in bulk

Go to Customers, then Import customers, and follow the guide on the page. You can include a value card on the import sheet, and optionally set when that card expires using the day, month, and year columns. If you leave expiry blank, the card lasts 1 year from activation.

Bulk import is the better option when you're assigning cards to a large group.
