How value cards work in Alba

Value cards let customers pre-pay credit they can spend on playtime at your venue. They buy a card for a set amount, then draw down the balance as they book. When it runs out, they can buy another.

Discounts

You can sell a value card for less than its balance to reward larger purchases. For example, a card worth 1000 kr sold for 900 kr gives the customer 10% extra value.

Expiry dates

You can set a card to expire after a date or period. This nudges customers to use their credit and helps you plan cash flow.

Where they can be used

Value cards only work for playtime at your venue.
