How to set special prices per bay

You can give a single bay its own prices instead of using your venue-wide rates.

Go to Products, then Resources, and open the bay you want to change. Turn on Override price, and a price matrix appears based on your setup. Set the prices you want for that bay and save. See How pricing works in Alba for how the matrix works.
