What members see when a membership has no “Max days in advance” at a members-only venue

Members can only book today until the membership has a Max days in advance.

Why it happens

When your venue is set to members-only booking, non-members can’t book at all, and the venue has no booking window of its own. A member can book as far ahead as the larger of the venue’s setting and the membership’s Max days in advance. If the membership has none, a member can only book on the same day. For later dates the calendar shows no times, with no message.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Products, then Memberships, and edit the membership.
  2. Set Max days in advance to the number of days you want members to be able to book ahead, for example 14 or 30.
  3. Save.

Then check from a member’s account that later dates show times.

Each membership has its own value, so set it on every membership at a members-only venue. For the other settings on a membership, see How memberships work.
