Does the percentage on a member price mean the discount or the price?

The percentage is the discount. The member pays your normal price minus that percentage.

  • 10 percent: the member pays 90 percent of the normal price, so if the normal price is 200 per hour, the member pays 180.
  • 100 percent: the time is free.
  • 0 percent: no discount.

If you would rather enter the price the member pays, change the group’s price type to Fixed price and enter the price per hour. For example, entering 150 means the member pays 150 per hour, whatever the normal price is.
