Paid out amount doesn't match my revenue

The amount paid out to your bank rarely matches your revenue for a given day, week, or month, and that's expected.

When a customer pays, the money isn't available for payout straight away. The card networks hold it for a while before it reaches your payment provider and becomes eligible to pay out. So payments from the last days of a month often land in the next payout rather than the one on the 1st.

That money isn't lost, it's just carried into the following payout. The same thing happens every month, so there's always a small gap between a period's revenue and the payout you receive for it.

To reconcile the two and see where things stand, use the accountant report under Accounting, then Accountant report.
