How can I change my venue's contact details?

You can change the venue's contact information by going to Settings and opening the Venue tab in admin. Here you can edit:

  • Venue name
  • Venue description
  • Address
  • Contact phone number
  • Website URL
  • Timezone

Address and coordinates

Start typing your address and pick a suggestion from the list. Alba fills in the coordinates automatically and shows a map preview with your venue pin.

If your address cannot be found (for example a rural clubhouse or a new development), click Set coordinates manually and enter latitude and longitude in decimal degrees. You need both values. A map preview appears once valid coordinates are entered, so you can check the pin sits on your venue before saving.

Coordinates control where your venue appears on Alba's public map and how close it ranks when customers browse venues by distance. If the pin looks wrong, adjust the coordinates and save again.

This information is shown to customers under the Venue tab on your booking pages.
